Children’s Ministry
Deb Bachman
Deb came to St. Paul’s in August of 2016. Previous to her time at St. Paul’s, Deb has served four other ministry settings for 14 years. In all her positions, Deb has worked with children, youth and families from birth through high school. This includes 20 years of teaching confirmation, managing Milestones Ministries, leading high school and middle school youth groups, overseeing Sunday school programs and after school programs. Deb graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion with a concentration in Youth and Family Ministry in 2002. A few years after graduation, she started at Luther Seminary of the ELCA where she earned her Master of Arts in children, youth and family ministry in 2009. Deb has also been involved in youth ministry in the Northeastern Iowa Synod of the ELCA for 20 years, first as a volunteer adult leader for the Lutheran Youth Organization and since 2013 as the Youth and Family Coordinator. This role includes facilitating the youth worker network meetings, publishing newsletters, and serving as the director of the synod high school leadership camp, WIYLDE.

Sunday School
Sunday School is held most Sundays and is geared toward students ages three through 4th grade. A full schedule can be found under "forms" on this page.
