Sixth Grade Handbell Choir
St. Paul's Lutheran School provides the opportunity for sixth grade students to experience ringing in a handbell choir. After completing a handbell unit in general music classes, sixth graders decide if they want to join the handbell choir. Most years there are enough interested students to form two handbell choirs. These ensembles rehearse one time per week for 25 minutes, during a lunch recess period. The sixth grade handbell choirs provide music at the school-led Advent Worship in December, a school worship in late winter, and the sixth grade graduation ceremony in May.
