St. Paul's Lutheran Church offers a variety of events to help families and youth grow in faith, community and service. The best place to hear about all that is going on in our congregation is at the Sunday morning worship services. Join us!
Special Events
Mardi Gras Fair February 19, 12:00 PM
All are invited to a fun family event Sunday, Feb. 19th at 12:00 PM. It's a Mardi Gras Fair with crafts, food, and activities to learn about the season of Lent and Easter. A light lunch will be provided. Kids will get to make a prayer booklet and pillow, make a faith tool kit, decorate king's cupcakes and eat them, make malaria corsages, and play Mardi Gras games. Come join in the fun 12-2 p.m.
Dinner Theater February 19, 6:00 PMSt. Paul’s youth will present a dinner theater in the Parish Hall from 5 to 7 p.m. It’s a fun night of dinner and entertainment complete with live music and presentation of the play “The Mysterious Disappearance of Harriet J. McGillicutty”. Cost is $10. Child care provided. Come out and support our youth!
Quiet Strength Men's Group
Men are invited to join one of the men's groups that are reading "Quiet Strength" by Tony Dungy, about the principles, practices, and priorities of a winning life. Group meets February 12 & 26 at 7:00 PM. Another men's group led by Brian Beckstrom meets the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 7:00 AM. New topic to be announced.
Winterfest Date TBA
Starts at 1 p.m. - winter games, sledding, snow sculptures, fort building, hot cocoa, s’mores and a toasty campfire. In the event of no snow, this event will be postponed until we have some wintery weather.
Elementary Retreat March 24-25
It's a retreat at Camp Ewalu for kids in grades 3-5! The theme is about what it means to be baptized as a child of God. You'll enjoy games, music, a cookout and campfire, hiking in the woods, and the ropes course. Cost is $40. Registration Form
Sunday School Sundays at 10:10 a.m.The children's program begins in the Center for Ministry. Youth meet in the jr. and sr. high youth rooms. Adult classes are offered weekly in various locations at church. Bring the whole family each Sunday for Christ-centered fellowship, learning, and worship.
Adult Bible Explorers Sundays at 10:10 a.m.
Join this group Sundays at 10:10 am in the school library. All are invited to join this diverse group whose mission is to develop St. Paul's community through a deeper understanding of the Word of God and it's purpose for our daily lives.
Family Fellowship Group
This group meets once each month for fellowship. Join other families from St. Paul’s for a potluck, games for the kids, and discussion for the adults. Contact the church for more information on meeting times and dates.
