Family Resources

St. Paul's Lutheran Church offers a variety of resources to help families and youth grow in faith, community and service.  The best place to hear about all that is going on in our congregation is at the Sunday morning worship services.  Join us!

Taking Faith Home

The "Taking Faith Home” resources below are for families to use each week as a devotional tool at home. They include daily scripture texts, prayers, devotional thoughts, discussion questions, and ideas for service together as a family.

Family Huddle

If you would like to deepen your family communication and grow together daily, try the Family Huddle. It's a great way for your family to share your faith together. Here's how it works: Whoever is going to bed first calls "Family Huddle!"  Everyone stops what they are doing and gathers in the living room for these four things.

  • Share your highs and lows for the day.
  • Read a Bible story, verse, or chapter together.
  • Talk about the scripture and how it relates to you.
  • Pray for each other, concerns, and the world.

Family Fellowship Group

Join other families from St. Paul’s for a potluck, games for the kids, and discussion for the adults. The next family gathering is in June (Date TBA). We are planning on visiting the Shaw's farm to see all the farm animals and have a cookout. More info coming soon. Join us for faith, fun, and fellowship!
